Challenge

The manual revenue leakage tracking across the telecom provider’s global OpCos created fragmented processes with limited visibility into revenue exposures. Inconsistent reporting frameworks and siloed operational workflows made it difficult for the Revenue & Fraud Management team to accurately track, measure, and prioritize leakage issues across markets. This resulted in slow and resource-intensive remediation efforts, which increased operational costs and left significant exposure across the organization.
