The primary challenge was to execute a complex, large-scale migration of a global identity management system without causing any interruption to the company’s worldwide services. This involved the simultaneous migration of 45 systems, 6 hardware components, and numerous integrations.
Solution

The migration encompassed critical system controls including Active Directory, VPN connections, device authentication, and secure access to business applications.
