The solution evaluates and measures the Utilization Management (UM) staff’s consistency in applying the appropriate clinical guidelines and medical necessity criteria for pre-defined scenarios. A business-configurable decision engine that provides any business the ability to set up decisioning criteria in one interface, and then display those pre-configured decisioning criteria in a separate interface for applications across various industries and market segments. Process Model
Purge
(PMP)

A solution to help purge executed Appian process instances that are either active with no pending tasks or stuck due to errors. These old process instances consume system memory in the environment causing slower runtime. This is scheduled to run automatically every week to eliminate the need of user administrators having to manually filter and cancel these process by hand. Process Model Purge (PMP)
