The 10Pearls SHINE Virtual Internship Program is a free, online internship for computer science students across Pakistan who are ready to put their skills into practice and gain real-world experience. Over 6 to 8 weeks, you’ll choose a learning path, and build a software project, all while gaining hands-on experience from wherever you are based.
SHINE is Pakistan’s first AI-powered internship program. It uses artificial intelligence to shape a structured, multi-tiered curriculum and build the skills the industry looks for: working with data, solving real problems, and thinking like an innovator.
All you need is a laptop, an internet connection, and the drive to build something.

Is SHINE a paid internship?
No. SHINE is completely free to participate in. There are no fees to apply, register, participate, or receive your certificate of completion.
As the program is fully virtual, participants will need access to their own laptop or device and a reliable internet connection.
Who is eligible to apply for SHINE?
SHINE is open to Computer Science students who are currently in their 6th semester or above and have a minimum 3.0 CGPA.
Is SHINE a virtual program?
Yes. SHINE is a fully virtual internship program, allowing students to participate remotely from anywhere in Pakistan. You will need your own laptop or device and internet access to take part.
When do applications close and when does the program start?
Applications close on 19 October 2026, and the SHINE program begins on 26 October 2026.
What do I need to submit with my application?
You only need to submit your CV when completing the application form. No additional documents are required at the application stage.
What happens after I apply?
Once you submit your application, our team will review your eligibility. If you meet the eligibility criteria, a 10Pearls representative will contact you to begin the shortlisting process.
You will be notified within 5 business days of whether you have been selected. If accepted, you will be enrolled in the program and receive further details about your learning path, program schedule, key dates, and deadlines.
What learning paths are available through SHINE?
You can choose from three learning paths:

How will my progress be assessed?
Your progress will be assessed through regular quizzes throughout the program and a final software project, which you will present to 10Pearls leaders.
Will I receive a certificate after completing SHINE?
Yes. Participants who successfully complete all required quizzes and submit their final project will receive a SHINE Certificate of Completion.
Can I apply for a job at 10Pearls after completing SHINE?
Yes. Completing SHINE does not guarantee employment, but you are welcome to apply for relevant opportunities at 10Pearls.
