10Pearls Wins Gender Diversity Award at 15th P@SHA ICT Ceremony

We are thrilled to announce that 10Pearls has won the 2018 Gender Diversity Award from the Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT & ITES (P@SHA). The award ceremony, held on September 7, 2018, celebrated the leaders within the Pakistani technology space who are dedicated to innovation, growth, and diversity.

As a mission-driven company, 10Pearls has focused on creating global job opportunities for people, while helping businesses create more value. Our emphasis has been in cultivating human talent with a special focus on diversity and inclusion. Our hiring process places a significance on female recruitment, and we constantly strive to attract and retain a diverse workforce in all of our offices around the globe. Since our founding in 2004, we have remained dedicated to empowering women to pursue careers in technology sector. We host a number of events each year, such as female only hackathons, and have partnered with a number of tech groups, such as Circle Women, to provide women in our community with the opportunities needed to succeed.
