10Pearls CSO to Participate as a Panelist at SpeechTEK 2018

On April 9, 10Pearls’ Chief Security Officer, Peter Hesse, will present at SpeechTEK 2018, which gathers IT and business professionals together to learn about the latest speech technologies. Peter will participate in the panel Voice 2.0: Unified Conversational Experiences Across Everything, which will be held at the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel at 10:45am ET.

Peter will be discussing the present and future of conversational experiences in the age of IoT. The talk will provide tips for providing consistent conversational experiences across different channels and devices, the role of the API economy for developing conversational experiences, and the impact of AI and IoT on voice product strategy. In addition to sharing insights from his experiences helping companies innovate through voice technologies, Peter will discuss findings from 10Pearls’ research on voice enabled interfaces.
