Challenge

The client needed to unify partners from highly regulated industries under one secure data ecosystem. The system had to support continuous event validation, cross-organizational data exchange, and API-driven collaboration while maintaining strict access control and audit trails. The existing infrastructure lacked scalability, automated validation, and the ability to manage authentication at enterprise scale—leading to delayed detection and data integrity risks.

Solution

10Pearls implemented a secure, multi-account AWS architecture that enabled real-time fraud validation and collaboration across banks, telecoms, and technology partners. AWS Cognito managed secure user authentication and identity federation. AWS Lambda and Amazon ECS Fargate supported automated validation workflows and microservice orchestration. Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL managed transactional data, while Amazon SQS, SNS, and SES provided reliable event messaging and alerts. Amazon API Gateway enabled secure, controlled data exchange between partners. This architecture not only strengthened security and compliance but also accelerated detection workflows, reduced fraud risks, and created a scalable foundation for industry-wide collaboration.
