The system leveraged Amazon Chime SDK to power reliable voice, video, and in-app messaging, giving inmates and families a more seamless communication experience. Amazon Transcribe automatically converted calls into searchable transcripts, while Amazon Bedrock summarized conversations, flagged compliance concerns, and accelerated review processes—dramatically reducing manual workloads. To strengthen security, Amazon Rekognition introduced biometric login verification, preventing unauthorized access.
