Dan, serving as SVP of Client Solutions, is responsible for ensuring client success from a delivery perspective. He uses a customer-centric approach to help identify and deliver effective solutions that solve problems. He has 20 years of experience delivering solutions, products, and projects for large and small companies.

Prior to 10Pearls, Dan founded, grew, and managed an outsourcing software development company for 10 years before being acquired by 10Pearls. He has worked with and for a number of DC-based organizations including the Department of Commerce, Microstrategy, AOL, Navy Federal, Freddie Mac, Verisign, Neustar, BrightMLS. He lives in Aldie, VA with his wife, 2 daughters and the family dog Lilly.

Dan is a certified project manager (PMP), scrum master (CSM) and a graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology.
