10Pearls CSO Joins Panel on Blockchain in Healthcare: Boom or Bust?

On May 9, 10Pearls’ Chief Security Officer, Peter Hesse, will participate in the panel “Blockchain in Healthcare – Boom, Bogus, or Bust!” hosted by the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs (SOPE). The event will be held at the Inova Personalized Health Accelerator from 6-8 pm ET.

Peter will be discussing the present and future of blockchain within the healthcare industry. The panelists will touch on everything from disintermediation and “Ripple” to smart contracts and time-stamping, and debate how blockchain can be applied to the healthcare and life sciences fields.
