10Pearls Makes Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies for 4th Year
We’re thrilled to announce that 10Pearls has been recognized in the annual Inc. 5000 list for the 4th consecutive time, ranking among America’s fastest-growing private companies.
The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment — its independent businesses. Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
Over the last 3 years, 10Pearls has reported a record 251% revenue growth, increased its headcount globally to 1,400, acquired six companies and expanded into Latin America (LATAM) with delivery offices in Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru. This award follows a number of accolades for 10Pearls, including its CEO winning EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award and it being named on The Financial Times list of Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies.

The companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list have not only been successful, but have also demonstrated resilience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact of Covid-19. Among the top 500, the average median three-year revenue growth rate soared to 2,144 percent. Together, those companies added more than 68,394 jobs over the past three years.
