We’ve Moved

We are excited to announce that 10Pearls has moved to a new location in Tysons, right by the Spring Hill Metro Station. We were outgrowing our old office, but we also wanted to find a space that reflected our core values: creativity, collaboration, and employee wellbeing.

Creativity

With a variety of comfortable spaces for quiet thinking or group brainstorming, our team members can find the space they need for inspiration. We’ve also transformed our walls into functioning whiteboards, ready to capture innovative ideas the moment they come to mind. And, if our crew needs an extra jolt, we have cold brew coffee on tap every day of the week.

Collaboration

An open workspace eliminates communication barriers, making it easier for our employees to work together and collaborate across teams. We prioritized huddle rooms over private offices we can meet whenever we need to. When teams need a break, they can head to the game room and play shuffleboard or virtual games in the game simulator.

Wellbeing
Our employees can work out in the brand new fitness center, and our central location in Tysons makes our office one of the most walkable in the area- just a short stroll away from numerous restaurants. Sit-stand desks keep our workstations functional and comfortable, while reducing eye strain and improving posture. And, of course, we stock our kitchen with healthy snacks. 

It has been a great year for 10Pearls, and we’re excited about achieving even more growth in 2018.
