Thank you, Moms!

For Mother’s Day 2018, our 10Pearls office in Karachi held a tea party to celebrate all of the wonderful mothers who are part of the 10Pearls team. These brilliant, dedicated women are an inspiration to us all, and it is an honor to celebrate all that they accomplish for their families.

The party was attended by both moms and their children (ages ranged from four months to eight years old). We set up a craft station where the children created hand-print cards for their mothers, which were presented to them alongside a bouquet of flowers. Each mom was given the chance to share an anecdote about motherhood, and swap tips and stories over tea.

10Pearls Karachi is dedicated to providing opportunities for mothers and creating a supportive workplace for working parents. Our onsite daycare, women’s hackathons, and flexible schedules are just a few of the initiatives that have established us as a great employer for working moms.
