Pete Niestroy

Pete Niestroy has focused his career on helping high-growth businesses understand and manage the financial dynamics of business in a rapidly changing environment. As part of strategic governance, he has implemented internal controls, business processes, financial systems, and administrative systems to provide key financial and operational reporting to both internal and external constituents.

Most recently, Pete has been member and founder of Envision Business Solutions, LLC. In this role, he advised rapidly-growing businesses on critical accounting policies, equity compensation, and tax structure and planning to preserve cash for financing growth.  He has experience with raising equity, financing, and M&A related activities.  In total, he has been directly involved in sales transactions that realized over $200M in proceeds.

Prior to starting Envision Business Solutions, Pete spent eleven years working in the National Tax office of a Big 4 accounting firm.  He was a member of the technology practice and worked with Dell Computers, Cisco, McKinsey, and many others.  His assignments included technical accounting and tax projects such as Research and Experimentation Studies, cost segregation, accounting methods, revenue recognition, and stock-based compensation, as well as filling advisory role with several companies.

Pete has a BS in Accounting from Penn State, a CPA license(inactive) and sits on boards of various businesses.
