Orange Tree Foundation Partners with 10Pearls to Scale Access to Education in Pakistan

This partnership combines 10Pearls’ digital engineering expertise with Orange Tree Foundation’s mission of creating equal educational opportunities for financially disadvantaged students, while establishing a unified system across admissions, donors, student affairs, and finance.

10Pearls, a global AI-native digital engineering company, has partnered with Orange Tree Foundation (OTF), one of Pakistan’s largest privately funded education nonprofits, supporting students and their families through school, higher education, and vocational training.

As OTF works to move from fragmented, manual processes towards a more connected and scalable operating model, the organisation identified a need to unify workflows and data across scholarship, donor, student affairs, and financial operations.

10Pearls will apply its digital engineering and workflow automation expertise to design and deploy a centralised Scholarship, Donor, and Finance Management System that automates the donor and student lifecycles. Built on 10Pearls’ proprietary workflow automation and orchestration platform, Symbox, the solution will connect Admissions, Donor Management, and Student Affairs, in addition to integrating with their financial management system.

The new system will establish more consistent master data and a single source of truth across scholarship, donor, and financial operations. Streamlined reconciliation and connected records will provide greater visibility into how scholarships and donor funds are managed, while reducing the manual effort involved. More importantly, the solution will give OTF a more scalable operational foundation, allowing them to spend less time managing disconnected processes and more time focused on delivering their mission.
