We are proud to announce that Tech in Motion has named 10Pearls as winner of the Best Tech Work Culture in Washington DC<\/strong><\/a>. The selection was made following tens of thousands of collective votes by the local tech community. As DC’s Best Tech Work Culture, 10Pearls will join 10 other Regional Winners to compete for the National Timmy Award honors, announced at the virtual Timmy Awards Ceremony on Oct. 29.<\/p>\n

Tech in Motion\u2122 is a North American event series that started with the goal of bringing local tech communities together to connect, learn, and innovate. Prioritizing Culture for 16 years<\/strong><\/p>\n

10Pearls CEO, Imran Aftab, co-founded 10Pearls in 2004 because he knew that culture was a key to building high-performance development teams. Prior to founding 10Pearls, Aftab managed a $150 million outsourcing program for AOL\/Time Warner. When asked about the award, Aftab responded,<\/p>\n
