        At project kickoff, we ensure joint understanding and focus of the goals and activities. We identify team members or users to be involved or recruited. Also, provide competitive and market context for review.

      • Discovery and Stakeholder Interviews

        In-depth interviews to delve into stakeholders’ understanding and expectations. Outline goals, timelines and constraints. We also review competitive offerings, analyze market expectations and opportunities for differentiation. The goal is to develop a clear idea of what constitutes “the 3 Minimums” – Viable, Marketable, Delightful.

      • Design

        Rooted in design thinking and psychology-infused research practices, our design process aims to create compelling digital experiences for your customers. In the process, we draw from our expertise in service design and design thinking to create products that drive adoption and loyalty.

      • Develop
